That first photo is stunning. I always have liked those raked gravel areas. They look so peaceful but I am afraid it would drive me crazy to have one because the dog would run through it and I would never be able to stop raking to keep it perfect.

Beautiful images Ewa! I work for a Japanese Company here in Australia & each year they print the most amazing calendar of exquisite Japanese garden scenes very similar to the ones in your post. My customers anxiously wait each December & will hunt me down to the ends of the earth if I accidentally leave them off the distribution list!
ReplyDeleteNo doubt you are luxuriating in your cold Winter, but do spare a thought for me, it is 43C. (110.5F.) here today & 42C. (108.9F.) tomorrow! The heat this summer in Southern Australia has been relentless & positively scorching to our poor parched gardens.
