Could you help ID this small amazing tree

This little tree was found by me in December in southern part of Portugal. Do you know maybe what it is?
It is so lovely... flowers resemble those of Hydrangea's... if this could help...

  1. See if it is this ~ Dombeya burgessiae (Seminole) ~ I saw this at our local botanical garden and bought a baby at their little nursery there. They have a speciman that is huge, maybe 10-12 ft. high and about as wide, it was covered in blooms.
