My poinsettia is still growing flowers instead of getting dormant.
Poinsettia we buy before Christmas have very small root system, so they need constant moist soil. Now, after 3 months I can see that even if the soil dries up sometimes, the plant is still fine - it survives even few days, without dropping leaves.
All my other blooms you may see in my last GBBD post.

Hi Ewa,
I've never seen a yellow Poinsettia before - it's very pretty! I hope you can save it until Easter...must be a great Easter decoration.
Enjoy your weekend and thanks for taking part in Blooming Friday!

Unusual and very beautiful colour you got on your Poinsettia.
Have a great weekend Ewa
Visst kan du svenska också?

Amazing - like the contrast between the snow and the beautiful flower.
Happy weekend.
you must really have a green thumb to make the poinsettia continue to flower!... it's like prolonging christmas :)... and as katarina said, it would be great to have it until easter which is a a sort of second christmas...
Nice flowers on the poinsetta. What an unusual color for its leaves. Pretty.
I am so tired of Poinsettias that I don't buy them anymore for Christmas. But this yellow one is very nice - maybe I will start liking them again=). And still in bloom after 3 months - amazing. You must have green fingers =)
Have a nice weekend

This is one plant whose leaves enamor more than the flower. Yellow is certainly an unusual color for a poinsettia, I have the more common red variety.
Oh WOW! That's really cool! Kind of wonderful miracle really.
