I love your winter garden...the close ups of the snow are amazing. It is also very cold over here with more frigid weather coming up.

Beautiful shots of the snow. I like your sense of humor. And the last foto of the dead plants with snow -- that's beautiful.

The snow and apples could be a neat trio to frame together.

I have my google news alerts set to "rain garden" and your blog came to me that way.

We've had more snow in Seattle than anyone remembers -- all melted now.

The NW Flower and Garden Show is 18-21 of February -- so you still have time to get over here fro, Poland ;)

It is the trade show that inspires more master gardeners to get in the garden and grow stuff. Our spring starts end of February here.

Peace.

Timothy

Ewa,
Your photos are beautiful! I love the close-up of the snowflakes. :) It is a chilly -4 degrees F, here in Vermont. Brrr....
Stay warm.

The show on the apples is amazing... probably the contrast of the warm colors against the cold looking snow... beautiful pics as always...

Great captures of the crispy snowflakes Ewa. I bet every critter in your neighborhood would love to find the apples and eat them.

I have always wanted to capture snowflakes like that.

What amazing snowflake photographs. They remind me of the German fairy tale about Mother Holle who shakes her feather pillows out of the window and thus makes snow. Beautiful!

Lovely snowflake pictures - as Victoria says they look like feathers!

Wow, Ewa! Those snowflakes are extraordinary! Good observing! I hope you didn't have to go up on a ladder in the cold to get that lovely shot of the light fixture!
I'm hoping a balcony?

Here's another frozen soul stuck at -20C. And such extreme cold weather is really rare in my area. It did happen in the past, but that was decades ago, and hardly ever for so long. It's been over 10 days now. I admire your spirit,I don't have the balls to even nip outside for a gasp of razor-fresh air. Those snowflakes are sheer magic. Extraordinary shot !

Hope it gets warmer soon...

Your snowflakes are so delicate and lovely. It must be very dry, even though it's cold. We just got a few more inches of snow, but then there was icy sleet on top of it so everything is slick and not fluffy at all. I'm going to go out and buy some primroses to cheer up my kitchen windowsill and give me hope for Spring.

Beautiful snow pictures and the snowflakes are quite big, as I can see.I haven't captured snowflakes until now, just the iceflowers which look rather similar.
Stay warm, Ewa!
